REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every rug I make is handmade and customised specifically for the person who ordered it. Because each piece is created by hand, one at a time, just for you — please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1 Made-to-Order & Custom Nature

Every piece from rohitsharma.studio is:

Because these are handmade products, slight variations in colour, texture, or design are natural and are not considered defects — they're part of the handmade charm and what makes your piece one of a kind.

2 No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

Custom, made-to-order rugs cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production has begun.

Since every rug is created specifically for you and cannot be resold to anyone else, I'm unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong design/size chosen at order, or "no longer needed." Please double-check your design, size, and details before confirming your order.

3 Damaged in Transit — Replacement

If your rug arrives damaged due to shipping, I've got you covered.

In the rare case a rug reaches you damaged in transit, I'll replace it — remade and reshipped — at no extra cost to you, once the damage is verified.

⚠ An unboxing video is required.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video — starting from the fully sealed package and continuously showing you opening it and revealing the damage. This protects both of us by proving the damage happened in transit and not after. Without an unboxing video, a replacement request cannot be accepted.

To raise a claim, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Once verified and approved, I'll begin your replacement right away.

4 Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Ready-to-ship rugs are also handmade, one-off pieces. They follow the same policy — no returns for change of mind, but a free replacement if the item arrives damaged in transit (with the unboxing video as described in Section 3).

5 Prepaid Orders

All orders are accepted on a prepaid basis. This lets me source the right materials, set aside the time to make your piece by hand, and begin your custom order with full commitment — it keeps things transparent and fair on both ends.
